★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The standard of the store is at par with the store in Kolkata. I loved how the sales assistants helped in fetching items to shop. Nice well lit ambience, fast fashion at a low cost, stuffs are organized in sections. However, I found their mens section to be a bit meh! Siliguri folks dont have Zara, but they have F21

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i love Forever 21 but I'm sorry to say that this store gave poor service. first of all they stare me like something was wrong with me if it was wrong then they should've come and told me i felt bothered and second i was suppose to get 70% off which they didn't put on my bill i thought they knew how it works on billing counter. i appreciate only one sales assistant's work. i hope next time I'll be seeing some smily faces and kind service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience whenever I visit the store especially in Siliguri.Service is very poor I don’t know if it’s the team leader or the manager he kept on yelling to his staffs in front of the customers, some of the employees continued to gawk at us it was so embarrassing to even stroll the whole store. Everytime I want to make myself comfortable however the experience is same. After all the experiences I would rather buy online visiting the store it’s waste of time and money.
