★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, we’ve been regular buyers of forever new. However this was the second time we had a bad experience in the forever new south city store because of the impolite and downright rude behaviour of the staff, the store manager in particular. Earlier he refused to let us see products which were displayed saying it’s sold. That should not have been displayed for viewing then. When we purchased another product and wanted change he refused. Even when asked about paytm facility they rudely declined.
