★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take your measurements for hours and then Will make you a shirt which you would have liked 10 years back ... they will ask you what style you prefer 10 times but will make you a pant that will suit your dad's style .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a salesman with a spectacle I don’t know his name he is very rude and doesn’t know how to behave with customers, my father was checking the fabric of shirt and trousers whether is there any defects or not (note I already bought the pieces of clothes) the salesman started giving comments that people check like this who usually buy local things . Being a customer I have the right to check the product whether it’s a branded or local products, he didn’t stop there he again commented that people buy lacs of rupees of clothes and they doesn’t check, and at last he threatened us that people who check like this they gets bad service from their sides. This incident happens around 5.50pm, 12th may 2022 Raymond showroom south city mall. I opposed him , I told him the way which you are behaving is not good, we are good people, because of my parents I didn’t say much or complaint about that salesman , my parents told me no use of dragging , some salesman are like this , and they are like termites to the brand reputation,”.
I hope that in future this salesman treats customers properly and politely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this Raymond outlet in Sth City today. The moment you enter, you get this very negative vibe from their “sales executive” as if you are not wanted there. They made me feel like I couldn’t afford their products. Guess what, I walked in Louis Philippe outlet couple stores away, and bought myself a fabulous bespoke type 23K three piece suit.
First key rule in sales, be friendly, smile and don’t judge!
