★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After booking the slot for vaccination I was confused with Site 1 & 2.
Soon after arriving at hospital I was handed over a form to fill it up, before entering the building.
Then directed to the Basement for billing, for both Site 1 & 2 billing desks are same.
Site 1 is on basement itself and Site 2 is on the Ground Floor.
After that I went to Site 2 and again have to filled another form & they provided a Token number.
Have to wait for my turn at the waiting area, they have arranged the sitting area in a very good way as per the guideline.
Voila, I took my jab at ease.
I found the process hassle-free, it took 1 hr to complete the total vaccination process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can avoid this hospital, even in case of an emergency, I would suggest you go to any other hospital nearby.
They charge you for all the tests but never ever share the reports. Even for something as expensive as an MRI, they never shared the video/CD, didn’t share some of the blood reports at the time of discharge. So no other doctor will be able to follow your health records.
Kept calling them, they put me on hold for 10 minutes every time, only to hang up.
Kept asking them on Twitter, they would reply saying their team will get back to me, but never did.
Emailed them, but no answer.
*Had to spend extra money just to get all of that done again at some other facility.*
They admit patients in ICU for days but never let the family speak to the doctor, the doctors don’t ask the patients for symptoms, eventually the patients are discharged with whatever diagnosis the doctors “felt”, the family is kept completely out of the loop.
Took the patient to Max Saket the day after Fortis VK discharged him, just so he can finally get a doctor who pays attention and get tests done where reports are shared.
Edit: They will respond to Google reviews, but will still not reply to the emails you send them. Not even to the email id they shared on Google reviews making it look like they actually care.

I was thoroughly impressed by the staff here. They are helpful all around, you can count on them. I cannot remember everyone's name but Mr Vijay in Covid Testing, Ms Reemi Sharma in Imaging.. and Dr Kachru in cardiology..are all awesome!

No ones at the Feedback desk(3 days I visited no one's there).
Apart from nurses, staff is very rude, Very bad experience.
Long queues at billing desk very poorly managed.
Even when customers goes to pay bill customer only has to run upstairs and down stairs to give papers from nurse desk to Billing desk, when a customer is paying for your services atleast do the billing by yourself.
Hidden charges are 20% over and above what they inform you before admission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Night staff was rude and was not ready to help as staff nurse. I got admitted due to severe pain in abdomen, nausea, vomiting. My surgery was also taken place one month before this, but they were not bothered about the pain I was in. Staff nurse was standing next to me but didn’t helped me, my mother did. One of them were said something like “ I will take you to your new home” she was referring ward as my new home. They were taking it very lightly. This type of statement did hurt me alot. I was not in that senses to react at that time. But family also heard this thing. There were already stressed due to my situation. They should empathize towards any patient inside of making fun. We all are human being. Doctors and nurses are considered as god in our minds, that they are going to help us in all manners.

I have visited and found they follow all the COVID protocols. Housekeeping staff also very good, they have world class facilities. Cafeteria also found very neat and cleaned and hygiene....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 2 days, they discharged me after the knee surgery. I got an appointment on a short notice. The surgery was perfect though pain was unbearable initially but things settled down soon. They gave a diet plan, taught Physio exercises. Staff was very polite not one but all of them. Care that you get here can make you feel like this is a better place for recovery than your home. They are very considerate of their patients. Coming back to surgery, I saw everything live. I was not scared to see anything as they were just doing their work. Soon after the surgery, I was told that now I need to make efforts to get back on sports field. Hoping everything turns out as planned. The doctors and Physio will guide me through the post surgery process. Night attendants at the hospital also reply promptly. They do their best without complaining rather they try to look into complaints as opportunities to improve their services. They did not meet the expectations but exceeded them. The doctors are great here. They listen to you and give you right treatment and directions. The patient who was in the next room had two strokes after operation but he still recovered in next 2 days and got discharged. You can imagine from this example, how good actually the doctors are here. Hope this review helps many people. Thank you and take care people of your health.
