★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even 1 star. Very rude staff. Being in healthcare they do not know about humanity when someone is suffering. After i being as Fortis Staff in Vasant kunj, they were very rude with me. I wasn't asking for any free services from them. I paid. Can't they be polite to anyone. I don't know how they must be behaving with the patients then.
Whenever they want any consultations from doctors or me they always come and we do it for free of cost. We always consider them as staff. Ask any doctor there in Vasant kunj if they charge them except of 1-2. Why we are humble to them ? Because we consider all outsourced department as staff. We never differentiate .
Today i am actually hurt because this behavior i saw was second time from different people and especially ladies in Mahajan center. Don't know what they think of them.
And i just want any patient and any person coming to Mahajan center is not coming to feel bad. They deserve respect. All person undergo lot of different pressures but as a staff you should be polite towards customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilized services of Mahajan Imaging at Fortis, Vasant Kunj. I am a COVID positive patient and I was looking fwd to get a HR CT Scan for involvement of my Lungs. The booking ang registration at the Hospital was very smooth. Mr Dhiraj Sharma of Mahajan Imaging was there throughout in communication to guide me to COVID emergency ward at Fortis. Moment I got down from vehicle till the CT Scan Centre, there was a guide to safely escort me. It was overall a matter of five minutes and the job was done. No waiting, no agony, no safety concerns. Hats off to the team of Mahajan Imaging at Fortis. They deserve all the accolades during these difficult times.

Where imaging centres are delaying reports, Mr Dheeraj ensured that our reports got processed super fast. No sooner did we reach home that the reports were already sent on Watsapp . My brother did not have any family member or friend at the time of the scan. We were very worried. He was very helpful in arranging and getting the scan done.
