A very rare combination of being in heart of city, easily accessible by road and rail. Eastern Expressway and Freeway just less than a kilometer away from Fortune Gardens. Fortune Gardens three views are of Rani baug greenary on one side, sepertine Victoria Lane view covered by large trees, and the Mazagaon Dock's view. From sunrise to sunset, both views are breathtaking. Fortune Gardens has some very good projects coming up which would add value to this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an under construction housing society. Though the rooms are mostly occupied by the owners a lot needs to be done . It offers unrestricted view of rani baugh our zoo and of Mumbai's skyline. Parking may be a problem.
