★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is huge water problem, no 24hr water supply. Water leakage in the flats, parking issues for tenants. Brokers gives false promises about resolving mentioned issues, don't fall in the trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and cosy place to stay just next to Byculla station . Budget is ok .the society charges 500for parking of 2 wheeler for tenants which seems at a higher side.

Water supply problem, tenants no parking, no facility given. rooms are very small no sunlight. leakages in wall in rainy season.
Worst people they damage your vehicle,remove air no proper CCTV help for tenants , I'll literate i urge all the tenants to look somewhere else good society to stay not this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are certain pro and cons about the society and It is better to point them out one by one.
Pro:
1) The location is very near to the Byculla railway station, 5 min walking distance.
2) 1BHK Flat size is OK for a couple (no more than that).
3) Rent is relatively less as compared to nearby societies.
4) No problem for parking a two-wheeler.
Cons:
1) Though it is a registered society but the most basic facilities are not available.
2) Water supply is limited (few hours only), especially in winters. For some wicked logic, they don't allow storage tanks in some wings.
3) Common floor area is not cleaned as sweepers don't show up (almost ever) and eventually it is you who has to do the cleaning job. The stairs are stains with spitted-tobacco red marks.
4) There is no door-step garbage collection facility you have to carry it outside yourself. For this reason, some people just throw the garbage outside their window resulting in filthy ground floor.
5) The mobile signal reception is very poor for inside flats. You will be having a hard time using the internet.
6) The center of the building behaves like a duct and thus makes even a small sound feel like loud noise.
7) You won't find any big shopping complex like Reliance fresh/D-Mart nearby What they offer is a delivery point.
8) The parks/grounds nearby are very small for morning/evening walks. The best you would find is Race-course but that's main entrance is nearly 3.5 km away.
9) The place security doesn't have a telephone system to inform about visitors. Security guys basically allow everyone.
10) The information disbursal system in the society is very bad, sometimes they use loudspeakers which is kind of annoying!
11) First few floor rooms are almost devoid of sunlight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good society to reside. It's very near from Byculla Station. It's hardly 2 minutes from the station. The society has good parking space. The rooms are not very big. There are 4 rooms on one floor. It's a 21 floor apartment. From the top floors you get a nice view of the Mumbai. The noise of the trains can be a little bit annoying to some people as it's close to railway station. There are 2 elevators in the apartment. One of them is closed during afternoon and in the night.
