★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially Fortune Township by this group was a good township. But now the maintainace service quality is degrading day by day. The Buildes intaintionally not handing over the project to the Flat Owners. The mentality of the builder is very cheap. The project is complited on 2014, but still now ( March,2022) the buider is not forming a Apartment Owners Association. They are taking maintainance @2 per sq ft, which is very high and not giving any kind of financial report to the residents. For the maintanance the builder formed a private limited company and there is no Block Representative in that company althow it was wtitten in the agreemnt. The limited company take their decision and impose it on the flat owners. There are several major dipute in this project. The total waste water of the project is pumped by mechine to the outside. Which has a huge recurring cost. Beside this they did not install adequate no of gereators for power backup. And beside this they use this internal generator for the Commercial purpose in the marketing area. Which is also against the agreement.
The builder and their agents repeteadly hampers the harmony of the society. Intentionally delaying the process of formation of Apartment Owners Association by not providing the essencial data. Constuction quality is very poor. For the last six months huge repairing going on. And the cost prlimiray asked from the Flat Owners.
