I have been working here since last 3 years and I am quite enjoying my work. Office location is really good as Koramangala 5th block is having lots of great restaurants and public transport is also great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a part of this organization during 2011-2012. I had joined there as a fresher as my first IT job right after my engineering studies. It was very tough time that we would get a job due to financial crisis all over the world. I joined and was on probation for 3 months. But, somehow, i did not finish that probation due to personal reasons and i resigned the job with my own decision.
When at the time of EXIT interview, HR Manager at that time was Ms. Milin George, she was an excellent HR manager, when i am leaving on my last day in company, she gave me a professional advice that "NEVER EVER GIVE UP in any situation. Face the life and challenges as it comes, final victory would be ours". Its a small advice but it inspired greatly.
I have taken those words in my professional life and now i am in a good position in a very reputed MNC. Fortunesoft was a stepping stone of my professional life.
I dont know where is she working now but Thank you Ms. Milin George for inspiring words in my age of 21 having no idea of outside corporate life but you as a HR did a great impact on your employee like us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see many positive reviews, but there are nothing but paid ones or written by their staff. Poor management. Worst managers. Management has 0% knowledge in the IT field even with their bloated ego. Very low salary.
If you respect your dignity, try to find some other company to work for.
The interview process is the worst; even if you perform well in the final round, they will simply reject you, saying nonsense, If they find someone for a cheaper salary. So try not to attend the interview. You might end up wasting an entire day.
Without any vacancies in the company, they are sending the call letter to make people roam around the company for days and days.
