★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Globussoft the only company that tests true talent in freshers. The interview process was amazing. They test the capability of freshers by giving challenging Tasks for 7 days. Its definitely a very good opportunity for someone who really have good practical experience in specific domains.

but HR team should have called or emailed with Feedback, why am I not selected in final round.
At least, HR can give us Feedback.

I'am well known for my straight forward attitude. So here is from my experience:-
You won't be fired but will be utilised very well at such a Low pay scale until you resign.
Very smart strategy , Globussoft ?
Regret for the day when I didn't bother to negotiate on 90 days of NP, hence suffering!
The employee who resigns doesn't have the same relation he has had before.it is extremely important for employees to maintain professional behavior during this difficult time.
