β β β β β A jewel in hell. Nice view of over crowded street. Constant honking which even those imported doors can't handle. Lastly nice view of a depressed city,basti and mini Pakistan. 15-20cr for this luxury seems fair price. To be up there having made it while rest of the 99% around u is poor. Living in a 3rd world country while u chill with wine in one hand and the latest phone in the other.

β β β β β Excellent architecture. This building is now a landmark of the CITY OF JOY KOLKATA. The hanging garden is one of big attraction of the city also. Kolkata never ever experinced that short of beautiful building. Undoubtedly it's the Queen of all skyscraper.
