We had a proposal for a Range Rover-Discovery with this dealer and paid an advance amount as suggested, days passed and we waited for the proposal to proceed and we followed up and there were no proper response.
As an initial inquiry, apart from what the dealer had described about the car, we enquired and got to know that the car has an accidental history, about which the dealer didn't mention at all.
And so we had withdrawn the proposal and asked to pay back the advance amount and the dealer had been giving different excuses for past months,now our Advocate is handling it.
We will never suggest Forum Auto World at any cost.
Never give any single penny as an advance amount.
We doesn't know whether the positive comments about this dealer are genuine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD! CHEATS! BEWARE...We bought a car from this dealer (Ambrose) in the month of November 2021. Even after several follow ups by way of phone and through personal visits (approx. 20 visits), the dealer is not giving the RC. It has created a doubt whether they have sold a disputed vehicle to us. Every time he has an excuse stating something or the other. The dealer, Ambose talked so rudely that it seems he does not have the original documents & is unable give the RC. HE IS A COMPLETE FRAUD DEALER. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. It's been 6 months now and there is no progress. On putting the review, he is threatening us by sending abusive messages for deleting the review and is refusing to give RC. Given an opportunity would have given negative ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forum auto world is a place where you can experience the new car showroom of multiple brand ambience, once you walked in to. This place any one can find from basic cars to mult national high end cars. They have kept all car's in very neat, professionally, with complete details. More than that they are genuine, honest in convey, professionally to know us the facts about the all used cars. We can see multiple choices too here.
Before I reach here, visited other competitors such showrooms n scared to take any decision to purchase a car from them because of their way of presentation of any car n always hiding facts about accident, service/usage history, any faults about vehicle.
But here, I found no such hiding n they are open to explain n accept facts frankly about any of there displayed cars.
One more thing, they are cool to explain about any car in detail n try to understand the requirements of a customer.
I was using new purchased 2016 top end diesel Ford ecosport, which I driven 1.15 lakhs KMS very much happy n satisfied. Since, which I gave it to my brother n wanted to purchase same good condition used car of less driven ...I found 60 k kms driven white ecosport of same variant car. I purchased from them on 26-11-2021, because of their genuinity n professional approach.
Thanks Autoworld , for creating such great opportunity n moment.... Surely in future I look forward to purchase high end genuine cars from them for me n my partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FULL FRAUD AND ABUSIVE DEALER. DON'T BE FOOLED BY SOME 5 STAR RATINGS. THEY ARE ALL POSTED BY THEIR OWN TEAM AND SOME COULD BE PAID REVIEWS.
THEY WILL SELL YOU THE CAR WITHOUT HAVING ANY ORIGINAL PAPERS. YOU WILL NOT GET RC IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM FORUM AUTO. WORST EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY FROM FORUM AUTO WORLD. It's been over 6 months since we bought our car from Forum Auto World and still we have not got our RC from the dealer. We have been following up daily, visited them at least 15 times, but the dealer has only been giving us some excuse or the other. When you go to buy a car from them, they will treat you like God. Once the deal is done, then they'll either not respond or keep giving you some excuse or the other. It's been a nightmare for us. Now we are stuck with a car without RC. NOW THE DEALER IS CALLING US AT ODD HOURS AND SENDING US ABUSIVE MESSAGES, THREATENING US TO REMOVE THE REVIEW.

I easily recommend this second hand car showroom to anyone
Service is really appreciated,
They will charge half money first once everything settled they'll charge full money.
Delivery they have taken 2 days, but over all appreciatiable

The employees are very professional and are well informed about the cars, the cars themselves are very well maintained and go through vigorous checks before being put up for sale. The communication is very good and clear and the staff are also very hospitable. All in all a very great experience which ensured that the purchase of our vehicle was hassle free and done at the earliest
