Being loyal to a single brand when you have a wide variety in the market to choose from is not sufficient, I have been an ambassador within my family & friends. People have started associating me with Fossil and they called me crazy Fossil fan who has almost the entire collection and is always updated with the latest launch.
I am grateful to Firoz Desai for being the one of the best Fossil representative and helping me choose the best masterpieces for every occasion of my life. I truly appreciate his 24*7 availability for the customers, his skills in helping us in making the right buying decision. I remember that I first met him at the Malad Inorbit store and he sold me the first watch and till date i have been associated with him for my fifteeth watch too, though he moved to Terminal 2 store. His proactive & energetic attitude is what motivates you to catch up with him whenever I am around the Fossil store. He has helped me to buy gifts for my family & friends too, even when he is not at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Customer service by Fossil! My Wife had given her watch for Repair at Fossil Malad store in month of January. Due to covid we did not get time to check the status of our repair. Last week while travelling to Delhi we got a chance to visit Fossil T2 store. I Met Mr Naushad Khan there, i told him my concern and he obliged to check the Repair status online and also helped to do the payment online for my watch. Kudos to Naushad Khan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience with Fossil. I was impressed that even during the pandemic, I could purchase what I needed. Thanks to technology for making this happen. This was also possible due to the efficient service of Mr. Jimit. He was extremely helpful. The designs were sent to me. In fact I wanted to gift someone in Chennai and Mr.Jimit took the responsibility of couriering the watch to Chennai and following up with the courier service. It was really kind of him.
