Wanted to buy a watch to gift, called up at the store and it was just an awesome experience.
Prompt response with complete understanding of the requirement and suggesting the correct product.
I was unable to visit the store in current situation and hence wanted to get the product delivered at home.
My requirement was handled by Namitha and it was a great experience.
Starting from suggesting the watch till delivering the product , she was updating on every small detail through whatsapp and call.
Store Manager Rajani was also helpful in completing this remote transaction requirement.
Plus point is, there was no over commitment or marketing such as giving discount or vouchers just to attract the customers and gain profit. It was a pure professional, customer oriented real approach which I like the most.
Highly recommend this store if you want to buy Fossil watch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store has lot of nice things to offer, from watches to handbags to accessories. The best part about the store is the staff though. I was assisted by Namita and Shadab both were eager to assist, courteous and helpful. Offering information about the products. While they are right next to you to get the products and explaining, they don't push hard to sell. Some store assistants are so eager to sell that they do everything to get you to buy their products which makes the whole experience very unpleasant. In this store these 2 people are so balanced that your purchase is a pleasure, not forced.
