Just rigorous massage doesn't mean Swedish spa.
Have taken a lot of spa but this was unique ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked 4 spa appointments at the Chembur franchise of Four Fountains Spa in Mumbai for Friday April 29th at 11AM.
Below are the screenshots of the appointment confirmations which were sent to me at the time of booking. Please find attached.
After a 1 hour of commute through the city's traffic, we got to the Chembur franchise only to find out that the booking confirmation did not get conveyed to the Chembur location. They told us that they did not have any appointments under our names.
We had 4 appointments booked in total as you can see in the confirmations attached and it was extremely frustrating and disappointing to find out that the Chembur location had no appointments under our name and they could not even provide us with another slot.
The Chembur location notified us and I quote "we do not take online bookings for four fountains spa as this is a franchise" then why was I sent a booking confirmation for 4 appointments via email as well as to the registered mobile number.
We have been members with Four Fountains Spa for over years now but services like these really make us want to discontinue our membership with Four Fountains.
After this experience, we tried calling the Bandra location in Mumbai to see if they had any appointments available but after trying to call for 5-6 times we gave up as nobody picked up the phone even once. As per my knowledge, the spa opens at 10AM so there should have been someone to pick up the phone, we then received a call back from Sameer at 12PM from Bandra location who said "the spa opens at 10AM but I just came right now". He then kept the phone three times saying "let me check what appointments are available and will call you in 2mins". I was too frustrated to the point that I told Sameer to just forget it and didn't book any appointments.
It was a sheer waste of time for us to travel back and forth to the Chembur location and we expect you to compensate for that time lost and make sure that you don't send appointment confirmations to clients before confirming them with the location.
Extremely unprofessional management on the part of whoever is responsible for communicating the booked appointments to the designated locations.
