1:Huge facility
2:Well maintained place
3: Canteen facility is provided by the company
4: Good place to start your career as a mechanical engineer or similar field
5: They manufacturer huge valves
6 : Good exposure for career as a design engineer
Cons
1: Pay is pretty less comparatively
2: Most of the students leave the institute after a couple of years

and also they don't provide on time Salary 2 to 3 months delay , No Increment for 3 to 4 years , there is no timing for IN & OUT lot of people are still suffering over there , even though they don't relieve staff easily, no KYC approval for PF you cannot transfer or claim your own money in EPFO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 stars because of the HR manager who spoke very nicely but the HR -Pooja who is there does a lot of discrimination. The HR manager had written on my Resume to give a test for the Design engg position but she said she will call ne back but she didn't. After a day i called up and she said there is no vacancy for the Design engg position. A very bad experience. Be careful with the HR ( Pooja Dhumale) there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the way they deal with the candidate who come for an interview. Unnecessarily they make candidate to wait, which shows their wrong attitude towards candidate. I went twice for interview. In first round they took 4 hours and in second round, no one came only to ask, waited for 2 hours and came back.
