★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually myself Sales and Application engineer I have visited after getting appointment, then I was waiting in the lobby to meet concerned person suddenly one person (MD) asked ous to wait outside the company on road untill he come. Then what is the purpose of reception. He treats vendors and supplier are his slaves. Dear person please learn some common sense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Organisation in India. It was was my bad-luck that I had to work there. I was placed in campus interview at NSI Kanpur as an trainee engineer with four other friends but we all were forced mentally to give resignation.
1- No payment on time.
2- Official time is 8.30 to 5 but you have to stay till 6.30 minimum
3- Unprofessional uncooperative office staff
4- Worst ED & MD (continuously interrupting work for no reasons)
5- No future as per the work done by company
If you have done NSI or VSI go find some other industry or "ITS BETTER TO STAY HOME RATHER THAN JOINING VRL"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost management. If doesnot have work not an issue kindly do not get appoint there. MD,ED both are not at all professional. They force us to go out of the company and hold salary. What mayur has said is 100% true. Enployees are working like slave. Youths please dont prefer that company. Ill give -5. We have to work as per their mind set not as per standard.cheaters. Take this review serious. Iam an ex employee over there.
