★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever buy from this place even if its the last option for you. They are fraud, using someone else address for their shop. There is no existence of "Fox IT" in this place. And the quality they supply is pathetic.
Seeing these good reviews I bought a Microsoft charger on 4th January, the person came to my house to give me the charger. Within 3 months of usage it stopped working. I requested for a exchange as it was in warranty, the person in charge mentioned that he will do the exchange within a day. From then on, he stopped receiving my calls. After few days he picked up and till that time I had to arrange it elsewhere so I asked him for a refund, as it was his mistake. He agreed to that but again the same story, kept on ignoring my calls or saying that I will do it today/tomorrow.
I went down to the mentioned address to get my refund, and found out that he is using some "Hrithik Tools" address for his sale and no company/shop named "Fox IT" is present there. I also had a talk with the manager of Hrithik Tools who mentioned they will take an action against this person for using their address for sale purpose.
I am going to file a consumer and a police case against this. If I had the option, I wouldn't have even given 1 star to it. Please don't get into this trap like me.
