★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Good things - Very good construction quality, just next to the DPS school, club house is good, it feels good when you enter the premises.
Close to the express way but not on the expressway. The basement for parking is very good. Nice tennis court/play area.
Things that could have been better - Doesn't feel that designer or premium from outside but the basics are good. Very small swimming pool.
The bad things - High tension wire, close to 40% loading, so 2500 sqft is not really 2500 sqft - which makes the apartments really costly.
Overall it's good.We liked it. It's really hard to get good construction quality nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has 3 building named G,H and J blocks. All the buildings have only 4 bhk flats except the top penthouse floors which are 5 bhk flats. Built quality is good, maintenance service is also good. Overall a good place to live in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is well built and has most of the amenities. The rentals are on the lower side and if you are ok to travel from this side of Gurgoan then this is one of the better societies you would get. The flats are spacious; rooms have a decent size; the kitchen and utility area is smaller than usual. The society is well maintained and airy. There are no high rise building nearby currently so you would have good cross ventilation in the flats.
Security and maintainence is good; really liked the society. Only one challenge are the roads leading upto the society. Given a lot of construction is going around; the roads would take some time to be properly developed. There are no local shops near to the society that can be a downside but you have mall nearby to the society within 8 km radius to fulfill your needs. Major e commerce players do their deliveries here; so you can be rest assured

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very beautiful society. Security services are out standing. Well maintained society. Club is huge and very beautiful and well managed.club washrooms are very much hygienic and well maintained. Swimming pool is not so big but just ok. Proper signage and direction on mark. Entry lobbies are nice and well maintained, neat and clean. DPS school is jut on gate. Few more schools are in Sorrounding

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oyster Grande is truly awesome as it has some grand views (one can imagine looking at some of the photos). The society has luxurious condominiums and well managed maintenance and project teams. The society has dedicated play area for kids, banquet hall, badminton and tennis courts, swimming pool and a club house with gym facility. Project offers 3 and 4 BHK apartments and has bigger apartment size as compared to a lot of other builders on the Expressway and this is what we liked the most while looking at multiple options on the upcoming Dwarka Expressway area.. Best wishes with the home search! This property is certainly not the one to be missed :-)
