This is in regard to Joyville Gurugram Sector 102.
We are stuck with our money, SP Group promised that pre-booking amount is refundable (if we don't proceed further and buy an apartment) but it's more than 60 days and they haven't processed our refund.
They even not answering to our email's. Please don't be fooled by this company reputation.

1. Very High density
2. Rates are not justified ( it must be 5500 to 6000 all inclusive) as per sector rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales experience was not very good. However, the fact that the project is being built by a reputed builder means that it is likely to be good. While people are already staying in other projects close by, the area will take another 4-5 years for it to be a really nice place to stay in. With the current pricing trends, i suggests investment, only if you are buying for end user. Doubt one will get good rental returns in the immediate near future.
