★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartments are quote nice in themselves with an awesome view from top floor. The surroundings are yet to develop fully as dwarka expressway is still under construction. Down the years this might be one of the best property on dwarka expressway stretch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In 4bhk 2 rooms don't have attached balconies and in 3bhk, d/d is unattractive.
Besides, continuing construction all around and on dwarka expressway, makes it not suitable for immediate living. Future prospects look good though.
