★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go for this builder .. third class services ..your money will stuck for sure . I have filled for refund since last 4 month so far no update , so its humble request do not make any mistake to go with such a cheap builders . They have been making silly excuses for last 4 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good ? but their reputation is not good in market all projects delayed and they are demanding high prices for car parking 3.5 and 3.75 lakh instead of 5% of unit cost I.e approx 1.30 lakh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience, Multiple connectivity with roads. But builder doesn't have good image. Project launch date 29/10/2021, but work did not start. Due to this reason, every project of this builder are late.

Builder doesn't have a very good image on grounds but their office staff is very cooperative.
Hope they will complete this project in time and gain some reputation in market.
