★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst managed society. It looks very beautiful when you come and see this society however your experience get worse when you start living here. Pathetic construction and product quality. Lots of cracks in walls. Water seepage, AC dripping from all ACs in apartment . Moreover no action on these complaints.
Never choose this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent well managed society in Sector-102 Gurgaon. Surrounded by 4 good schools at a walking distance, as well as 2 upcoming shopping malls. A government funded medical college as well as a huge sector park too are at a 5 mins walking distance.
The only temporary problem is the delay in the sector road which is to connect the society with 75mtr as well as 60mtr road. However, builder has been nice enough to purchase land and provide a dedicated road for the project. The sector road too is expected to be built soon.
All in all, I am happy with the premium condominium society with lots of open spaces and facilities.
