Fox Software Technologies Limited was incorporated on 03rd June, 1994 with the name as Delhi Merchant Bankers Private Limited under the leadership of Shri Ashok Kumar Mehta, who is the founder of this organization and Shri Manoj Dixit & Shri Chandra Kumar Goyal being the co-promoters.
Delhi Merchant Bankers Limited went for a public float of its equity shares in the year 1995. Company's shares are listed on the Delhi Stock Exchange and Cochin Stock Exchange. The Company had established its registered office at Barakhambha Road, New Delhi to provide merchant banking services i.e. public issues management, lead managers, capital advisory services etc. Later, in the year 2003 the Company had changed its name to Fox Software Technologies Limited and the Company also changed its business activities to provide Information Technology related services i.e. IT enabled services, software and applications development, e-commerce, computer programming, electronic data processing, etc. Currently, the Registered Office of the Company is located at Nehru Place, New Delhi – one of the largest Information Technology Market of Asia.
