A true professional in his training and his approach to physical fitness. His attention to the imp element of health, strength, & fitness is designed to make a difference.. Ultimately, that is what makes him a great personal trainer.

From ~~Fat~~ To *FIT* My Journey of Weight Management and there by achieving a healthy life, Healthy Lifestyle and a Positive Mindset started 3 months ago on 19th Feb 2020 . That time i was having a body weight of 103.00 Kgs, i repeat i was One Hundred and Three Kgs Obese Man. While my actual Age was 36 Yrs , i looked like 45 + Got many friendly comments and Feedbacks( many a times a gentle nagging) from people around me with regards to my over weight and bulging out tummy. Some said me *Fat Man* Some gently said *Seth Sahab* Some said *Khate Peete Khaadan K* And so on and so forth. Deep inside me i was hurt Was not happy about my body One fine day..... i decided. I decided to Choose I decided to Change I decided to Take control of my life and my life style and promised myself thay *My soul deserve a better body* Then started my quest for a personal trainer to help me achieve this goal Make my wish turn into reality and i google searched Personal Trainers in Vadodara. Met Deepak Ramakhayani - Owner of VI Fitness and we clicked at the first meeting itself. A wellbuilt, soft spoken, gentle, kind and a listener by personality. He accepted this task and i accepted this challenge. Initially it was heck of a task. First day i could not do a single pushup Not even a single sit up I was panting and had heavy breathlessness but Trainer Mr.Deepak Ramakhayani took it gradually and ensure i was moving inch by inch. With proper control in a healthy nutritious meal and daily routine exercising .... i lost weight, gained stamina and endurance. *Sweating is such a nice feeling i must say* *It kind of gives me a high now* I love myself more and more everyday! I commit to a heathly life all thanks to Blessing of Lord Ram and my personal trainer Deepak, who always motivated me and mentored me! Together we can and eventually we did!

You're an incredible trainer, and I'm so grateful for your work. Your encouragement and constant motivation pushed me to heights I never thought was possible. Training with you has benefited my perspective in other areas of my life and I feel more empowered than ever before. Loosing 10 kgs in 3 months would never have been possible so smoothly and the transformation journey is still on. Thank you !!! This review is a pretty long one but couldn’t write less. ? First of all I would like to thank Deepak for helping me out in reaching my goal of reducing 10kgs (from 83 to 73 kgs) where I had been struggling with weight issues for last 16 years…. His knowledge, guidance and persistence helped me achieve my target. To start with, Deepak has altogether a good 14 + years of experience in the field of fitness, diet and nutrition and has an amazing understanding of each and every body type and its requirements…so whatever he recommends is tried and tested. I had been on diet programs earlier from some well-known brand like VLCC, Anjali Mukherjee ….. They did work but left me with issues like hair loss, fatigue and wait gain after coming back to regular diet and routine. I couldn’t imagine losing 4 kgs in a month by eating 2 parathas, 3 rotis in a day including Dal, Sabzi, salad etc). I was eating healthy, felt fuller and never felt starved. I completely lost my sugar craving!!!! And when sometimes I did his tips of how to tackle hunger pangs and cravings really helped. Now even if I gain, I know how I can compensate and reduce the few kgs that I tend to pile on during outings/parties and festivals. As far as exercise was concerned, he started with very light exercises knowing that I have a medical condition (I had knee pain). And as my body adapted slowly he would then change the pace and level of exercise. Like I remember, Initially I couldn’t do squats at all and I was reallll…..yyy struggling. But even online he could tell me how to achieve that and today easily I can do 15 squats at a time. What initially felt difficult later became a cake walk !!!! Mind you guys in the last three months I learned a lot about my body…which even google would not tell you ?. One hour of online session was a complete flow of information along with the exercises. Without getting ready and worrying about going to the gym, at the convenience of my home and time I was able to do the sessions. And lastly the most important of all that I will not forget to mention about is the MINDSET CHANGE that happened to me. I started feeling positive and started thinking on some of the aspects of my life that I had actually GIVEN UP on!!!! So I was able to overcome that….. typically known as the MID LIFE CRISIS where one tends to settle with what they have in life and there is no looking fwd for a change….to put it in simple words “Coming out of your comfort zone..!!!” And I would also like to thank my friend Nilesh for connecting me to Deepak and motivating me throughout this journey of weight loss !!!

I would highly recommend Deepak to anyone! He was very patient in listening to my fitness goals. He was also in tune to my daily routine and cooking pattern. I am a busy physician and mother of 3 young children, ages 10, 6 & 4 years old. My husband and I have always been conscious of making sure we all eat a healthy balanced diet as a family. Deepak made some useful changes to our meal plans that were easy to implement and not hard to continue long term. An excellent fitness trainer who works with you diligently to achieve health goals. I appreciate his technique of using methods that are sustainable vs. aggressive in short term.
