★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience has been amazing so far and one should definitely go for personal coaching. Compared to gym, it gives you sufficient time and personal attention. I have lost few Kgs in terms weight and I can see the difference in inches too. Also, the trainer has his own equipment’s which gives you an added advantage. He also has an immense knowledge of sports and fitness. It’s a thumbs up for me.
