★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to explore freezeland to experience their famous sandwiches, but the sandwich had close to no filling and it tasted bland. The pizza was very small and the Jumbo Wrap consisted of two small pieces at their whopping prices of Rs 160 and rs 240 respectively. The filling inside the wrap was very cold, and we had to get it reheated. Inspite of paying a lot we have to get up every time to get our food and when we asked them for some water, they told us to get it from a table at the other side of the restaurant. Also, we eat jain food and they gave us non jain even though we assured that we specified this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food quality was extremely poor. The pizza was undercooked. There was no gravy, no cheese and no vegetables. The sandwich was extremely tasteless. The restaurant accepted the deliver order but didn't deliver. We had to go and pick up the order ourselves after 2 hours of placing the order. Extremely poor quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic!! Very bad experience. Went there for the first time after hearing so much about it. But this place is pathetic! A glass of capuccino was overflowing that it spoiled the papers on the tray! Also the crockery plate in which the rice were served was Broken as can be seen. Dont waste your money in a place who doesnt know (or hire the people with zero) service skills! It is waste of time and money to be at such places!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place today. Their ambience and seating was ok. I had -
1)Hummus falafel wrap- This one was average and can be avoided 2/5
2)Bhakri pizza - I had the amdavadi pizza in it and it was delicious. 4/5
3)Bhaji kulcha - It tasted delicious and I liked this combination. 4/5
Overall, the place was good though service was extremely slow despite having average amount of rush and I am deducting two stars for that.
