★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place makes amazing cakes. They also made a BTS cake for my birthday which came out soo soooo well. If you're an army do order a BTS themed cake from them. Ordered another cake and that was the best too. Would definitely keep Ordering my cakes from them. The best part is the staff, they're very kind and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered from The French Loaf at Shapoorji for more than 2 times now and all for special occasions and have never been disappointed. The cake has always been superb in taste and the staff are also very helpful in order to help in every possible customisation as per my request.
I would highly recommend the store in case you are looking out for options for the best cake shops in and around Rajarhat - New Town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best cake shop in kolkata and this is one of the best outlet in town. The cakes are fancy, decorative and delicious to eat. They also have wide range of cookies and pastry. The only complaint we had was the wrong spelling mentioned on cake as they were asked to mention"HBD NANA JI" and they mentioned " HBD NAN JI"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered veg sandwich at the French loaf by physically going to there. Had to wait for half n hour and this is what was packed. The prices even though sky high, is just not equivalent to the food that was provided. There was hardly any corn and it was more like a onion stuffed sandwich rather than a veg. This is the kind of service which is being provided. I have attached a picture of the veg sandwich which was given to me. I hope this makes it clear of the pathetic services and how to loot the customers in the name of brands.
