★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service from Freshtohome store. Especially on sundays. No on time delivery and waste of slot given. Even after slot time given there is no official information from them for cancel the order (pre cancelling without consulting the buyer). After regular call to customer care then they will tell about that the order is misplaced and they cancelled it. Even it's showing still it's shipped in the App. For example I given a slot of between 7.30 AM - 11.30 AM and contacted customer care about delivery issue, the answer is " will get back to u soon". After few minutes I don't get any reply from them again I called at 1 o clock then they are telling that item is misplace and cancelling the order.
How come they will do it like this. After waiting almost 3 to 4 hours. It's purely negligence from Freshto home.
so everyone who ordering in fresh to home be ready to call customer care whenever u given order to them. Because they won't to won't delivery on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. I reluctantly bought fish from here just to check the freshness and quality while I usually prefer buying from a local stall. The sales guy here is well trained and will bombard you about the freshness of fish and how bad it is in the other local stores. If you are not an experienced person in buying fish.. you are sure to get convinced to buy. However, I bought fish on the insistence of my husband and as expected, they had mixed up semi fresh and stale fish. You can't check before buying as it's pre packed. And the price is exorbitantly expensive compared to the local stores. It was a bad experience and not going to buy from here again. People get coaxed with the fancy name this shop has but they are not true to their name as it suggests.
