Very rude . I had taken one piece of accessory by mistake which I returned the next day. I told him that , but he refused to take it back and also couldn't exchange for something else,
Not worth it.
For kids sometimes there are instances of size issues ,I would say don't go to him , he will not return / exchange for , then that stuff will keeping lying at your place.
In the times when return is super easy in online shopping ,,, in this store , it can be awful even after going there.
