โ โ โ โ โ A family member recently needed some property evaluated, and when they asked me for a recommendation I couldn't think of a better person to do that for us than Anthony Although. Anand as we fondly call him is a well known family friend, but he had a very professional approach while at his job. He very patiently explained to us, in detail, the legalities, and price of the property, based on the size, khata, vaastu, etc., in layman terms, making it easy for the entire family to understand. He gave us very clear direction on how to price the property by setting minimum, and maximum, expectations, based solely on the current 'as-is' condition. Overall very satisfied with the service received and will highly recommend it to anyone looking for an honest and genuine realtor.

โ โ โ โ โ Hi my name is vinu and am from London.I got 3bhk flat in Bangalore and wanted to rented out and Maintain it.I was looking for a trusted firm then I came to to know Friendly Relators property management team.They did a fantastic job in finding the right tenant as well as they made my flat looking up to date with reasonable amount.Also Mr Anthony is very good and the way he deals with me regarding the rentals and management was understandable and transparent. Also he got a good team especially Sunil andSathyaraj.The way Sunil has done the work in my flat was nice. Sathyaraj follows up and give me update weekly so as Anthony.Good team work and and happy to be your customer

โ โ โ โ โ A relative of mine ( thanks Maya! ) had recommended Anthony and his hardworking team to me. From the get go , Anthony and Vinay were extremely efficient and professional in how they went about finding an apartment for me.This meant a lot to me as being from Australia, I was pretty clueless as to how to navigate the process of looking for apartments in India. Friendly Realtors made the process seamless and stress free. There were a few reasons for this: Vinay was always punctual and had already drawn up a list of properies to inspect each time I met him.Another reason was their transparency: the apartment I eventually chose had a few fixtures that needed to be fixed( fans, a cracked window ) and this was brought to my attention and then fixed before I took possession. In addition to this, Anthony had my back. He amended ambiguous clauses and ensured that each provision was clear so that there would be no issues popping up further down the track. More than anything , the contract was short and in plain English: so easy to understand.

Antony spends a lot of time explaining various legalities and what to look out for when buying a property - this is something you never get from most other realtors. He takes the time to understand each client's preferences and tries to recommend properties based on this. Also very friendly and clients don't feel any stress or pressure while working with them.
