★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same work but their bill changes dramatically. Got visiting card and brochure printed in 900 rupees. After two days I visited them again and they charged 1400 for same work. Staff is very rude and unfriendly and same can be said about the one who sits in the front. Avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Machines are all useless and don't work. They do not care for the customer and made me wait for 1 hour for a single print and that too came out bad due to printer fault.
The big thing was they started demanding for that bad print too. Really dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no responsibile person who is handling the customers. They make you wait for a long time and the technical team keeps taking breaks in between.
When the end product has a problem, they start blaming each other's work rather than solve the problem.
Will not recommend for professional prints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They make you wait so long. That also can be taken care of. But the rates they give you over phone are cheaper and when you go get the printing job done. They charge you more without compromising and accepting the fact that rates were given by them itself. The guy who was sitting on counter was soo rude in terms of behavior and just said "Bhaisahab ne diye honge to mujhe pata nahin" | I can't give you less than this. I am sure they gonna doomed soon this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very very arrogant. He doesn't know how to talk to the customers. They will make you wait like forever to collect the prints. Mr. A will say that this is Mr. B's job. Mr. B will say this is Mr. C's job. The only plus point is that they have the complete infrastructure for doing the business. Talking of the way they treat you or speak out, PATHETIC.
