I visited this heavenly place ❤️ few days ago and this place is lit af ?? . I have no word to describe ?.

The ambience is amazing . Its very pleasing
And cozy ? . They have unique idea of serving shakes and Ice cream ? ?.

They serve shakes in fancy bottels and ice cream in jar . The presentation is next level ?? but when it come to taste it did not match my expectations ???

My side of the story : An awful service was provided by this particular branch.
At my first visit the server made me my shake the pointed out that the billing server is not working and that I will have to pay the money without a bill, then she claimed that the prices have been hiked. I asked them to either give me the bill for kindly take the drink back. After which the server came back online, what a coincidence...
On which the prices hadn't been updated yet.
I wonder who came up with the hike, not the server for sure.
Then I got a message from frozen bottle for my first bill I have been credited some wallet points, so i visited again to claim my points.
Then the guy tells me they don't do that here xd.... I asked him to connect me to his manager, he stuttered and made a call, to my surprise the points started to work... Yet I was given just 87 rupees off whereas i had 107.
Taste : The taste is nice but doesn't justify the price these guys are charging

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is literally a fraud. Keeping the amount restaurant charged and quantity they delivered was unbelievable.
Few sips of mango shake AND hardly few spoon of nutty shake so called Jumbo.
450Rs for this quantity? There is no value for money now a days
