★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 31 july 2021 (Saturday) we paid the full amount by card , we ordered one Bosch dishwasher top model. They said “mam we cannot deliver the item on Sunday because the schedule is packed, so by Monday we will deliver it. On Tuesday the installation will be done.” Today (Tuesday)the entire day we waited no one gave us a call . Later my mother called them at 7:30pm that “when will the person come for installation?” He said tomorrow they will come please manage it.
All i can say it was the most poor experience, we waited the entire day , at least they could have informed us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store and asked the sales person if they sell Blu Ray players. The way the person responded to me really made me regret stepping into this store. Even if you don't sell a particular product, the least your staff should know is to learn how to speak to customers properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ???Most third class shop,don’t buy anything from there, they showed me a 3 star refrigerator and delivered me a 2 star refrigerator, have to change my compressor in 3 months then again in 6 months,I felt cheated,if next time it will happen I will drop the refrigerator on their shop.just avoid buying from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience was poor. To fool customer for trusting is not nice. I asked for a phone with good screen and kept asking about the Samsung s8+ I was carrying and the Vivo phones with amoled fhd+ displays on display in the store. The salesman brought out a boxed a22 and said it has the same screen quality and sold it to me. After coming home and unboxing I realized screen quality was poorer and on searching the internet it showed the phone had a tft and not amoled screen.Blame me for being gullible but misleading a customer is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a tempered glass for my iphone 12 not even one month ago. I questioned them repeatedly if the quality was good as the price was Rs 800. They told me over and over that all accessories they sell are 'branded' and not 'local'. It's been only a couple of weeks and with a very tiny impact the entire tempered glass cracked into half. And the impact I am talking about is a very small one, not that my phone fell or got hit against a hard surface. Didn't expect such cheating for such a small amount of money. Never going back. If you can cheat in case of such a small thing God knows what cheating can happen for products with higher prices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store to enquire about a Symphony ice cube cooler and was quoted with 2 different prices from 2 different person and later when I checked their website, the mentioned price was way less than what was told to me. Such poor experience was not expected. Only Fundamental can quote 3 different prices on a single product to its customers.
Update: They provided me the product with the lowest price that was previously quoted in their website, so at least thanks to that.
Anyways, the build quality of the product is not good.
