The sales person was pretty helpful but there are few things which I didn’t like
They don’t keep the products with them You pay them in full and then they will deliver the item after few days : they never mention this on their website
The manager whose name is Sabyasachi needs a bit of training He started shouting to a staff member in such a way that at one point I thought I was in a war zone
He has to be more professional in dealing with his staff , at the end of the day it carries a bad impression with the customers
I will never visit this outlet again .
Not a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disgusting. Bought an AC from Selimpur Branch after fully paid the entire amount on 24.03.22. From that day I was just chasing for the delivery. Today I have received a call from them that, they are going to deliver it in the evening, but waiting till 6.30 pm I have again called them and they have told me due to some reason it will be delivered tomorrow. It's really intolerable and disgusting. Pathetic customer support. They don't have the courtesy to inform the customer.

Also, the collection of TV, Fridge and Washing Machine are very good with the latest models. But, collection of mobile and laptop are very less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Bought an air cooler. Was delivered at 9:30 pm the next day. And the fan was not working. Called the sales agent Avinash. He said that he will try to replace tomorrow or the day after. They don't even check the product before taking it out of the warehouse. Should have bought from Amazon instead. Better not to buy from them.
