Experience was awesome
Since nowadays DVD players are not needed
So the lady sales person suggested me alternative sound system without DVD players in the same price range which was also very good
The next sony theatre I will buy from here
Speaking of loyalty

Once took my ps4 remote
Simply denied any check up only still on my forcing they checked and said battery gone.
Buy new one.
Now my ps4 is getting some issues
Over phone they told do factory settings or else sell it at 20% market rate in exchange of new one.
How can u b so worthless with a brand as big as dis?
Highly recommend not to visit this shop or center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just called this center to enquire about sony a6400 that i am going to buy. Seems like this showroom hire only illiterate people. They will cut the call in middle of the conversation. They won't let you speak. All bad reviews are right about this place. This place and it's people are actually bad. Now you should know why kolkata is poor. Because people have this mindset and they don't want business. Hope they go out of business soon.
