Advise u all to avoid this outlet if you really need after sales service.

β β β β β The reliance digital is situated bang on the road next to KFC and can be easily located from gariahat intersection. It's is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via lift from the left side of the building. You can find all types of electronics like TV, music system, and computer peripherals. You can also apply for Jio mobile Sim & fiber connections from the kiosk within the store. They are currently checking temperature prior to entry.

β β β β β Best place to get wide range of products in best price, don't visit else where some store fail to provided service and price compared to reliance, staffs are well behaved and knowledgeable compared to croma or others.

β β β β β Ok place. But the behavior of staff is not good. When I asked for free laptop they laughed at me and then used abusive language. Also they charge too much. When I was about to left the store without buying anything then they told to give 500 rupees for being in A.C. room.

β β β β β It is easy to convince an ignorant through false claims. But those knowledgeable can diagnose the liar and the ignorant. Reliance should respect the fact that not all who walk into the shop are gullible fools.

β β β β β I went to buy a 2 ton AC and I did buy one, but I later realised that the sales person totally misguided me and sold me the wrong AC just because they did not have stock.
I was truly upset as I paid over 40k for it.
Moreover, the installation process was a nightmare too. They ended up over charging me, were impolite and damaged the wall surrounding the AC.

β β β β β With a impressive selection of products, the deciding factor to go shopping here is the behaviour that the staff here exude! Very friendly, polite and always on their toes to make sure you get what you need!! I would specially take this opportunity to thank the Store Manager as well as the amazing sales Rep Asha who are your goto people when you need things done! In the end of a retail experience we all look for the level of service that we get and that becomes the deciding factor in continuing to go back and shop for the next trending gadget!
