Had bought a suit price for Rs. 7000/-
Spoilt the whole thing and blamed us for the same.
Please avoid the shop for stitching your clothes .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a suit from this shop and I had a really disappointing experience. First of all it's not a Raymond authorized shop, it's a normal (franchise) shop who keeps Raymond product. They will not do any alterations (expect for arm length) once you have bought any Raymond suit or blazer. If you buy product from this shop Raymond will not intervene even if there is an issue. Their staffs showed very unprofessional behaviour. So be cautious before buying any product from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very very very very very very very very bad experience. I purchased 3 shirt one of them is half sleeves for my father who was physically present in the shop. The staff who deal with us he confirmdly ensure that 40size was perfect for my father.we never utter any size because we knew that some times brand to brand it's vary but we mentioned that pls check the suitable size for him "he said onar 40size aramse chole asbe and there was no scope for trial" so we trust the shop keeper and took it but after reaching home we check the size without trial it. We took the old one shirt and the Raymond shirt on a same hand and we discover that the Raymond shirt was 3finger smaller in the neck side so my father visit the shop on the very next day to change it but they didn't allow to do. We never mention any size the shop keeper confirmed the size by his own without check and now the they didn't exchange the shirt . All the purchase will turn a big loss for us and never recommended to any. The owner of the shop should took care your staff. Because only for him we face the loss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection. However the counter sales representatives need some basic customer handling skills training. After trying 3 t shirts I was told (quite rudely) can't try more. Looked for the manager, and while complaining the person never took his eyes off his mobile.
