★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic service. Visited to see AC. Almost fixed our choice the same day on a price. Went in for final payment, suddenly the price has increased and the attitude was irritable. Kept pushing on OGeneral AC and what not. Decided not to purchase from there. If such is the behaviour before payment, god knows how they would've treated after receiving the payment.

The prices of all products available there is truly affordable and the staffs out there are well trained, well mannered and well associated. Specifically the guy who attended me I.e, Mr. Samir Chakraborty is so well mannered / versed/ trained that he actually compelled me to buy my required products from them.

The staffs there are very cooperative and helpful and I would highly recommend to go for Chaitali for your assistance. She is really very cooperative and went out of her way to help me out for a smooth and hasselfree shopping. Also I am highly satisfied with the post purchase customer support :)

I ordered an air cooler from this store. The newly bought product was a damaged one. I asked for replacement. They agreed to replace the product within one day. But it's been 5 days now and there's no news from them still. I call them everyday and what I get to hear is "We'll let you know!".
