★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been their customer for a long time but I am extremely unhappy with their recent services. it seems that their prime goal has changed from customer satisfaction to fulfilling sales target only.they will convince you to buy the highest range of frames and lenses which are not worthier than those available in local markets. In short their services are not value for money.. It's better to opt Titan Eye plus /GKB optical .atleast we will get what we pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place where u can get a wide variety of frames. But being a long term customer which I liked was the quality of there frames and lenses..But my recent experience with both service and feame quality is very poor. The staff behavior is so nice that u will be so very convinced to buy the product of his choice which is of sky high range. After using the frame of around 2.5K range(after offering me 50% discount according to the staff,means the product must be of 5k range..?) for only 6months,the color is fading. the shine is gone.while 5years back I have bought a frame of 1k range which is still running good. I will definitely opt for other options now since optical palace has failed to hold on to it's standard. Previously better but now much below it's standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behaviour is very good but customer satisfaction is final thing. They don't seem concerned about customer satisfaction. What i experienced here that they want more profitable deal with customers and once payment completed they don't care whether customer is happily returning from their shop or sad. According to my experience I strongly suggest people not to deal with them.
