I bought the product of Funskool yesterday from Harsh store in Pitampura. I am sorry to inform you that this product 'Game of Games' is defective and cannot be used. The board of this product have a curve and its not completely flat. Due to this, we cannot play the games on the board like pool, golf and few others related to using balls. Example: if we place the balls at any part of the pool tabe on the board, all balls by itself goes into the holes since the board is not flat. We tried a lot to fix it by pressing it on the ground and using the game on ground (floor). But it does not work in any case.
This game is of no use to us and we request you to refund our money. We got this product from Harsh store at printed price of Rs 499, less 10% discount = Rs 450. Sales staff at Harsh store recommended us to write directly to you for the refund of money. Please provide the resolution at the earliest so that we can buy an alternative game for our child at the earliest. Thanks
