★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person in this shop is a third class person who does not have basic atticates of speaking to a customer. I have seen the owner of shop fighting with other customers post sales. They quote extremely high prices and suddenly comes down to half of the initial quoted price. The worst furniture shop in terms of delivery post sales. You need to continuously follow up and will land up losing sing your mental peace, time and energy. Avoid going to this scrap place if you are looking for quality furniture. I took curtains also from this shop and that was the biggest mistake of my life. Neither of the curtains were of correct size and after paying the entire advance amount which was my biggest mistake the owner of the shop did not bother to replace it. The owner of this shop is simply a moron and i would never wish to see anyone deals with this moron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to this place looking for curtains.. but I liked the collections of furniture.. we ordered shoe stand and in half an hr it was delivered. Owner was very patient and handled all our queries without any hesitation. Agreed to make custom made diwan and also was open to know our ideas. Thank you.. would always prefer to go here if any more furniture shopping..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got most of my living room furniture from here. My experience with this showroom was fantastic. Have been associated with Ashish and his products from last 5 years. Finishing is top notch. Customization to the fullest. Sticks to the timelines. I've moved out of Kaggadasapura, still my go-to place for all my furniture needs is this.
P.S: If you are a person who needs the furniture customized to the fullest, Please be open for the suggestions that Ashish provides. Those are functional and worth making a note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered sofa and coffee table, which took ages and dozens of calls to get delivered (to be fair to them, there was a 1 week lockdown which came in 2 days after we ordered, but even after that they took more than a week from the agreed time to deliver the coffee table).
Sofa is pretty good - good value for money!
But coffee table was not! There were few cracks on the corners, and the finishing of polish was bad.
We called the shop 2-3 times after that to get it corrected, they said they will send someone to have it fixed, but never came! Finally they sent someone and now they fixed it, and even though it took some time and multiple calls, we are happy the way they fixed it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this shop. They sell low quality plywood made furniture in the name of Assam teak wood. Pure Assam teak wood is very rare to find these days and in his shop the owner make a false claim that all his furniture is made of Assam teak wood.
Now coming to my personal experience with this shop.
I bought a dining table with 6 chairs. Just after 3 months of usage the chairs started cracking. Attaching the pictures of same.
At the time of purchase the shop owner convinced me that it is pure Assam teak wood made furniture, but later on after seeing these cracks when I called a carpenter to check it, I came to know that the dining table and chairs are made of low quality plywood. I am very unhappy after being cheated in the name of teak wood, hence i will not recommend this shop to buy furniture.
