★ ★ ★ ★ ★ •STOLEN AC FILTER•
I gave my car for a small wiring work. In return they broke my gear knob and refused to admit it. When insisted they hesitated and after putting much pressure on them, they replaced it with a used one.
The horrible part is that they STOLE THE AC air filter from the car which I only realised in my next service in another service station.
This is not at all professional and also caused much more damage than repair!!!
Horrible horrible service!! If you love your car, please don’t ever consider this service station. The management is so POOR!
I’m never letting anybody I know go there ever again!!
Please, if you love your car, STAY AWAY from SMART CARS!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have trusted them with my cars for over 3 years now. Very professional mechanics, trusted advise and cost efficient repairs. I know their mechanics and manager personally and they never advised anything which is not essential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to highlight to be careful with their estimate cost and actual billing. They would make it look like cheaper but its not. Plus Smart car per my experience suggest unnecessary replacement. So unless you don't know about what exactly needs to be serviced, then you may end up paying more. Their service advisors normally will pressure you for unnecessary replacements and service like AC vent cleaning (thats costs Rs.2500). Wheel balancing+ allignment outside they charge max Rs.800 here double that , AC gas filling Rs.500 here i find Rs1700 as they auto include vent cleaning too. Just do core service is my suggestion at smart cars. Otherwise their mechanic are good.

Here they fixed most of the critical parts of the car with great professionalism.
