★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and changes parts unnecessarily. Charged 1200+GST for Wheel balancing and alignment (Outside it will be 600Rs).. Wheel alignment report was not given even after asking multiple times.. wheel balancing is done with different tyre pressure (39,33,25,30, measured with TPMS)..waited almost for an hour for serivce executive..Raised a complaint, but nobody followed it up.. (CR21000136)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not satisfied with the gear repair work done. I had a few confusions on the bill amount and also the technician request for cash separately for the parts. I am not sure if that part is replaced or not. I would request the management has to look into this and get back with the update/replacement. I would request all the customers to be very careful with the bill amount. Also please check if the assured parts are replaced in the vehicle. I have got cheated by this service center. I will not get it fixed with a different vendor.
