★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager here is very pathetic she doesnt have a meaning for patience and polite in her dictionary! She yells at everyone no matter if the customer is a senior citizen or any other. I would recommend minus 5 as this number wasnt there I did rate the least.
Service is the worst I would never recommend this branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Branch of SBI. The Branch manager is worst and not polite at all.They are not running a bank at all. Theybare highly insensitite people. For a bed ridden senior citizen they never updated his account at all. Donot go to sbi Old madras road branch. They are givibg pain to already paimed people. If you ask me the sbi head office should close this branch. Branch manager to be changed asap. Worst worst worst. Branch manager should not be escaleated further rather she should be demoted to clerical. Because she behaves and be trained to deal with sensitive customers. Post her to rural branch. She obviouslynhas some jack thats why she reached here trust me if she os found on road peple will so disrespect her

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's another level,, poor service and when compared with the neighbour bank HDFC, SBI team confidently said, that those are private bank, they are bide to give customer service, we are government bank, we are not obliged for any customer experience.
Wooh, State bank of India, you are great,, I am not sure when this attitude of these government bank people will change.

tomer. You get a felling of having visited a mafia branch. Refrain visiting this metro branch. High time these sbi staff are trained on what is customer service all about and privatise such banks.
