★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16th main said to have the Maruti service center can not be reached by vehicles. So one would do well if one reaches the place from old airport road. I had a tough time in locating the place even on foot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While giving service, they broke the knobs while removing and asking me to pay for new one while delivery. I asked for a rectification of some issues which cost me 13k but still problem persist. To my knowledge they have not done anything except water wash and basic checks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced recently (27th Dec) (was charged 1000Rs for alignment). After driving for 15 kms (30th Dec) I complained about Alignment which was NOT done correctly. 30th Dec they did again but NOT successfully. NOT a good experience. No one took feedback so far!!!!!
