★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The same thing happened to one of my friend I had a really bad experience with these fraudsters (SMART FURNITURE). I had ordered for 3 seater sofa set on July 7th 2019 and promised delivery was on 14th July. They failed to deliver it and when questioned they were threatening and asked to wait. They promised to deliver it on 15th by 7 pm, which they failed, I got the sofa delivered only by 16th evening, and did not give any bill for the amount, when asked for bill shouted and told to pay more. How could they even sell without GST?That was with regards to delivery.
Mr. Ahmed Khan one among the fraudster assured that there will be guarantee for 7 years and when they came for delivery I asked for guarantee card and they denied any such assurance. Instead forced and abused me to make the payment.
I will request all to be wise and be sure amount before making purchase from this place. Get the terms documented else even you will face the same situation. In google they have given false name so that they be on the safer side.
This in not a store but they have converted sidewalk as store using hoardings as walls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We do get chairs for reasonable price over there. I purchased a pair of Nilkamal chairs for 2400. Only drawback being shortage of too many models. But the one I bought was of good quality product with reasonable price. Happy with the purchase
