★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ignored too many of the bad reviews. The good reviews are fake ones!
I purchased a chair from this shop. It appeared very good.They made with wrong fabric and then took in all 40 days to deliver. I kept patience that they at-least delivered.
But the chair lasted for 2 days - It broke apart without any force on it. See for yourself on the pic.
They claim teak wood and all but material inside is pure waste. Once, broke trying to chase them no one will pickup the phone!!
Absolutely fake and fraud people. Beware don't buy anything from here regardless of how much price they give you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. All cheats in kasheli furniture market. Terrible quality. They show you photos of new furniture and give old second hand stuff at the time of delivery. Check if the photos look like new furniture. And they refused to return the advance of 25000/-.The dealer was Hafizi at Fine Wood Works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection is good but there is a delay in the delivery and also the people don't respond well you have to keep calling and had issues with the courier as well they said home delivery but had to pay extra for it and there don't clarify on these matters as well.

From visiting store to delivering Product, this store give you Wide range of products and after sales service. One thing i like most is that they call you on each furniture structure readiness to review and they proceed on your confirmation.
I ordered 2 Sets of Bed, wardrobe and dressing table for Bedrooms. And Sofa, Dining table, Center Table, TV Unit for Living Room. All my guests are really appreciating finishing of this work. This is Amazing concept (Deliver, Assemble and finishing/Polish) which takes only 2-3 days carpenter work at your house.
Thank you Furniture Zone for making my House more beautiful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, had earlier bought a dinning table which they delivered a month late from committed date.
Recently also brought a name plate which they gave 5 days late then the committed time also Abhishek Singh from the lights section was the sales person and was very rude as he lied about the weekly off which was Friday and later said it is Sunday. Also, no professionalism while talking always trying to make fool out of customers. Work place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific experience.They are big cheaters .if you want to cry for life with cheap furniture N waste your money then go ahead buy n see.
When u enter their showroom in Bhiwandi u feel u have entered to best showroom n well mannered knowledgeable staff. Specially Mazhar Khan and Deven or Devendra ...they are cheaters .if you call at their nos. they don't respond n make false promise.Thats the catch..they promise you best grievance handling n issues if any n then u buy expensive.We bought a hydraulic bed in 36k n then after delayed delivery after many follow ups what we get is low quality plywood when u complain you are promised they will visit n try to scrape n polish over it but past 20 days since we got the bed delivered . till date nothing has been done.Ideally there is a warranty on plywood n it's changed if any issue from showroom end.. but they said they can't do it n said will repair.nothing has been done n they making fool of us. Disgusting showroom n disgusting furniture. DO NOT VISIT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has same collection as other stores here. The sales people are good at selling lower quality stuff at higher prices. We bought one sofa and dining table from them. They changed chiar leg polish to match with dining base. But while shipping they sent us different base altogether which doesn't match with anything. 50k rupees went down the drain. The owner wants us to take everything back to them at our expense and get it corrected.
Very poor customer service.
Sofa is of ok quality.
Not at all recommended place to shop furniture. Am sure other places won't swindle customer as these guys do it.
