★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to buy, we bought ~2.5L worth of product. They have taken all the money but does not deliver all the goods. The delivery was short of 10 pillows/cushions. On followup they said that the sales person Namdev is left and he did not log the cushions in order. Although we have proper invoice which clearly states the order quantity but still. On following up with Mr. Deepak he speaks very nicely that he will look into the matter but no resolution in last 5 months. Also we are facing quality issue with Sofa’s, even after complaining multiple times still no resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales response is extremely bad. Better to purchase from brands or local shop. Would not suggest to buy furniture. Order and delivery are different. Once furniture is delivered then have patience of NOT being heard and not resolved queries. Had really bad experience with a huge order, now expect what will happen with small orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Urban living is the retail outlet of the furniture manufacturer Furniture Kraft.
The studio has a huge number of sofas on display and the lineup is really gorgeous.
The only trouble is getting there. This place is located in an industrial estate at the back of beyond. In fact, once you get to the back of beyond, you are still only half way there.
We had a chance to also examine the manufacturing assembly line all the way from raw material acquisition and storage to the final upholstery.
The staff is staff is quite friendly and a lot of really good quality raw materials go into making these sofa.
My only beef is that everything is commercial plywood and pine. And the entire sofa is simply nailed together. But for. The price point I'd say these sofas are pretty good.
Irritation points: location and nailed construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good quality sofas but at high prices. They're mainly export oriented company with little emphasis on retail. The place is situated in an industrial area with really bad roads to get to the place. Difficult to get any cab in this area. Must have transport to get here which is not easy to get to anyways. Do not go without transport or one can get stranded there for quite sometime.

well acquainted staff, they explain well about the quality of material used for sofa, different choices available. Sofas colour & material can be customised as per individual choice.

Best part is you get freedom of designing a sofa...
1. Choose design.
2. Choose clothes colours etc.
And they will manufacture and deliver in 1 month..
We required lhs sofa which is rare but they just made a best one for us..
