Wales knew the stuffs well, patiently heard and answered our queries and also suggested us products basis our requirements. We purchased a dining table set + dining server, we are happy with product.
Also the delivery team - Siraj and Harbhajan, prompt and fast. Thanks guys. True to their international repute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite nice and furniture quite unique but after sales service can be better. We had bought dining table with chairs. The chairs were not stable. The earlier manager didn't send anyone despite repeated reminders. The new manager sent the service guy. Hopefully it will be better now.

The collection is very nice and unique
Loved the overall displayed furniture. I was nicely explained available options as per my requirement by Mr.Wales. He was well informed, polite and friendly
We booked sofa for our living room and just recently got the delivery. The delivery was smooth and as we had planned on time
Overall excellent service by Mr.Wales and team at Ashleys. I would recommend this store to others as well

After seeing few furniture places in Bhiwandi, I did a Google map search for furniture stores near by Thane, and stumbled upon Ashley. What a great find! The ambiance of the store and the floor wise layout is very good. The Ashley staff were very professional AWESOME service, prompt!! The best Brand for furniture it is classy unique and Very elegant!!! The best brand. Ashley is great place for quality furniture and with a wide variety of options.
Also special mention to Muhammad, who patiently took us through all the options available in the store. All in all Excellent service and experience.! Nice collections and quality furniture with reasonable Prices if your looking for quality furniture must visit place well mentioned store and staff I would like to thank Mohamad for his great customer service...
AWSOME colours, fantastic choice worth every penny, their service is very Good!! Definitely a go to place! Kudos you guys! Over all, Great shopping experience. I would recommend to visit to the Ashley store and experience it.
